2 lbs Asparagus stalks trimmed
3/4 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons garlic minced
1 cup Parmesan grated
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place prepared asparagus into your baking dish.
Pour the heavy cream over the top.
Sprinkle the minced garlic over the top.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle Parmesan and shredded Cheddar Cheese all over the top.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until asparagus is tender and cheese is golden.
