Glazed Carrots and Onions

1.5 L carrots, sliced 6 cup
1.5 L onions, cut into wedges 6 cup
30 ml butter 2 tbsp
30 ml honey 2 tbsp
2 ml salt 1/2 tsp

Place vegetables in greased baking dish. Heat butter with honey and salt. Drizzle over vegetables. Cover tightly and bake in preheated 325 F (160 C) oven for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
