Buttercup Squash Casserole
500 ml buttercup squash, cut in little cubes 2 cup
250 ml potatoes, cut into little cubes 1 cup
1 medium red onion, cut in little pieces
1 small container of sour cream
250 ml marble cheese (your choice of mild, medium or strong) 1 cup
250 ml mozzarella cheese (grated or cut in small cubes) 1 cup
5 ml salt 1 tsp
5 ml pepper 1 tsp
5 ml basil leaf 1 tsp

In a large bowl; mix ingredients together. Transfer to a glass pan with a cover and place in oven for about 1 hour at 325 F (160 C). Note: You can substitute butternut squash for buttercup.
