500 ml potatoes, diced 2 cup
250 ml carrots, diced 1 cup
125 ml onions, chopped 1/2 cup
750 ml light cream 3 cup
250 ml peas 1 cup
1 can clams, drained (5 oz / 142 g)
250 ml cooked shrimp, chopped 1 cup
250 ml cooked crab, chopped 1 cup
2 ml salt 1/2 tsp
black pepper
125 ml green onions, chopped 1/2 cup
250 ml seasoned croutons 1 cup

In a large saucepan; place potatoes, carrots and onions. Add just enough water to cover, about 2 cups (500 ml); bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender.

Add cream and peas; simmer for 4 to 5 minutes. Add clams, shrimp and crab; simmer for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve garnished with onions, paprika and croutons.
