3/4 cup mayonnaise 3/4 cup ketchup 1 tablespoon garlic purée 1 tablespoon Kikkoman Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme 6 pounds small red potatoes, cooked and cut in half
Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic, sriracha, paprika and thyme. Sauté 4 ounces potatoes per serving in olive oil until golden brown. Toss potatoes with a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture. Serve hot.
