1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon white distilled vinegar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
In an ungreased 8-inch square pan mix together flour, brown sugar, unsweetened baking cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Stir in water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla.
Bake at 350*F for 35 to 40 minutes or until the center is set. Dust with powdered sugar.
