1 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoon cocoa
4 cup. evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 ounce whipped cream thawed
In the blender combine the pudding mix, sugar and cocoa with milk and vanilla. Cover and blend well.
Fold in whipped topping until smooth.
Pour into shallow 2-qt freezer container. Cover and freeze for 30 minutes.
Stir with whisk; return to freezer until serving.
Makes 12 servings.
