3 cups of water
2 teaspoons of chamomile (appr. 2 tea bags)
1 teaspoon of crushed fennel or dill seeds
2 teaspoons of fresh grated ginger
1 teaspoon of agave nectar (you can use 2 teaspoons of sugar)
Put all your ingredients (except agave) in a tea strainer, tea ball or muslin cloth bag (whatever you use to brew loose leaf tea) and add to the 3 cups of boiling water. Allow to boil for a couple of minutes and then, turn off the heat & allow it to steep for 20 minutes or so with the lid on your pot. Strain and add your agave. Store in a sealed container (a mason jar works well) in the fridge for a couple of days.
