Lowfat Date Yogurt Shake

Almost a meal in itself with a candy like sweetness. The sweet golden flesh of dates, banana and orange juice blend together nicely.
1/2 cup pitted dates
1/2 peeled banana
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup ice cubes
Combine dates, banana and orange juice in a blender and puree until the dates are finely chopped, about 4 minutes.
Add yogurt and ice cubes; process at high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
Makes 1 serving.
