Iced Tea
1 tablespoon Earl Grey tea
1 vanilla pod
6 cloves
3 lemon slices; + extra to serve
2 tablespoons sugar
700 ml hot water
6 ice cubes

Yield: 4 servings

Make up the tea, placing all the dry ingredients and lemon slices into a tea pot or jug.

Add the hot water and leave to infuse for 8 minutes.

Strain the tea into a jug and leave to cool.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Add ice cubes and fresh lemon slices just before serving.

Use 1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar as a substitute to the vanilla pod.
