Black Forest Coffee
2 teaspoons cocoa
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
2 tablespoons cherry brandy
50 ml double cream; lightly whipped

Blend together the cocoa, sugar, coffee granules and cherry brandy.

Make up to 300 ml with hot water.

Pour into 2 glasses and top with the cream to serve.
