8 sprigs fresh mint
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups Lillet Blanc
1 1/2 cups vodka
1 cup fresh Meyer lemon juice
Meyer lemon slices, fresh mint sprigs
In a large measuring cup, place mint and sugar. Gently muddle, being careful not to tear mint. Add Lillet Blanc, vodka, and lemon juice; stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour into a pitcher, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Discard mint; add lemon twists. Serve over ice. Add a splash of club soda, and garnish with lemon slices and mint, if desired.
