Acai and Raspberry Smoothie


Acai 300 ml, juice (berries)
Raspberries 350 g, frozen
Yoghurt 250 ml, natural
Honey 2 tbsp

To garnish
Raspberries 6
Sugar 1 tsp, demerara

Put the acai berry juice into a blender.

Add the raspberries, yoghurt and honey.

Whiz together until blended and really smooth.

Pour into 2 glasses.

Dip the end of 6 raspberries into the smoothie, then dip these raspberry tips into the sugar.

Thread 3 onto 2 wooden skewers or cocktail sticks to serve.
