Raspberries 250 g
Buttermilk 750 ml
Ice cubes 4
Honey 2 tbsp
Mint sprigs, to garnish
Set aside 12 raspberries for the garnish.
Place the rest of the raspberries in a blender with the buttermilk, ice cubes and honey and blend until smooth.
Pour the raspberry buttermilk shake into glasses and serve garnished with the reserved raspberries and mint.
