Start your day off right with this nutritious banana- and nut-flavored shake.

2 cups chocolate soy milk
2 large bananas
12 tablespoons high-protein soy powder
1/4 cup soynut butter

Mix all ingredients in blender and purée until thick and smooth. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings.
