Tofu Berry Shake  Beverages, Non-Alcoholic  506 reads

1 cup pineapple juice
1 banana
5 ounces silken tofu
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup granulated sugar

Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.

Makes 2 servings.
