Frank started working in the kitchen at the age of 18 and realized early that he had a love for food and service. Inspired by his Grandmothers, both of whom were amazing and talented cooks, he quickly learned that his passion centered on high quality standards and creative cuisine.
Having graduated at the top of his culinary apprenticeship, Frank worked his way up through the ranks in some of Canada's top hotels and restaurants. During his career he has been everything from Short Order Cook/Line Cook, Bartender/Server, Restaurant Manager, Nightclub Manager, Hotel Marketing & Promotions Manager, Executive Chef, Resort Owner and International Hospitality Consultant.
